Our stay was marred by several challenges. The elevator felt quite sketchy, which left us apprehensive. Additionally, the hotel seemed outdated, lacking the charm we expected. The hilly terrain of Siena made walking a strain, and several restaurants were closed, limiting our dining options during our visit.

Our stay was memorable, especially enjoying breakfast on the rooftop with stunning views of Siena. The staff, especially Sonia and Paolo, treated us like family, making us feel truly welcomed.

While the beauty of the location was undeniable, the parking situation required a bit of a trek. We had to waddle with our bags, which was a challenge since we didn't consolidate our luggage.

Amazing boutique hotel with only 4 rooms! Our lovely Junior Suite had a private balcony with stunning views. Super comfy bed, air conditioning, flat-screen TV with Netflix, and daily cleaning. The breakfast was made to order and so delicious. The staff were so welcoming and helpful! Perfect location for exploring the city.

The elevator really gave me the creeps!!! It felt outdated and sketchy, not to mention dragging my bags up three stories was quite the workout!!! It's annoying that there's no staff on-site at all times. who wants to be tied to check-in times anyway? More privacy would be nice!!!
