During our stay at this marvelous hotel, we were delighted by the location next to a small river, providing a tranquil and picturesque setting. Situated on the mountain side, we had a breathtaking view of the cascading Shigar river, adding to the charm of our stay. The historic fort itself was a remarkable experience, immersing us in the rich history of the area. The rooms were comfortable and modern, with well-appointed bathrooms and a great shower. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious.

The rooms were on the smaller side, which is understandable considering the hotel's historical context.

My stay at Serena Shigar Fort was absolutely delightful. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The beautifully restored rooms and grounds provided a charming and authentic experience. The food, especially the Trout tikka, was exceptional. The hotel's location next to a small river added to the serene ambiance. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and memorable stay in the mountains of Pakistan.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that provide an unforgettable experience. the restaurant serves delicious local delicacies and breakfast options were great in the beautiful garden area. the private facilities of the room were impeccable and TV room provided a relaxing retreat. the catering service is prompt and the bar/lounge area is a great place to unwind after a long day.

There was a minor issue as we found that the Barbeque grills and BBQ facilities were not provided in the room as advertised.

This historic hotel was a unique and unforgettable experience. the service was exceptional and we enjoyed the delicious food. We also appreciated the beautiful fruit trees and the gorgeous stream running nearby. the rooms were modern and comfortable, although they were a bit small. We were happy with the upgrade we received and the facilities were good. the staff was very helpful.

we had some trouble with our payment method and had to perform an online transfer.
