i was expecting a charming stay, but the room was completely dark. how can you enjoy Rome like that? plus, the instant coffee was an absolute joke. where's the espresso machine? i also expected a complimentary gesture for my inconvenience, but that clearly was too much to ask. one star would have been earned, but i just couldn’t.

Our stay in the Economy Double or Twin Room was simply delightful! The beds and pillows were incredibly cozy, making it hard to get out of bed. Each morning, the breakfast was beautifully prepared and served right on a room service cart, adding a touch of luxury to our mornings.
