The hotel is conveniently located in the city, close to the train station and within walking distance of various eating places. The room was beautifully appointed, with elegant decor and comfortable amenities. The staff at the reception were friendly and professional, making us feel welcome. We enjoyed the afternoon tea, where we sampled delicious food from their store. The hotel also has a lovely pool where we could relax and unwind.

The room we stayed in was next to a fountain, which turned out to be extremely loud. This made it difficult for us to sleep peacefully, which was quite a disappointment.

I was pleasantly surprised by the unique and eye-opening decoration throughout the hotel, with plenty of antiques to admire. The rooms were well maintained and impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious choices. I highly recommend trying their new restaurant, "The Saigon," as the ambiance was wonderful and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. I had an excellent experience at Tugu Malang - Chse Certified and would definitely recommend staying here.

The food at the hotel was quite nice too. the location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions.

The roof was in bad condition with visible damage and rotten areas. I found some staff members to be very unfriendly and rude.
