Cleanliness: The hotel was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas. Location close to the coliseum: The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the iconic coliseum. Breakfast: The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruits, pastries, and espresso. Staff: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

We recently went on a city break and stayed in a hotel with fantastic spa facilities. The breakfast on the rooftop was the icing on the cake. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect, everything was within walking distance. We had a relaxing time, and the rooms are clean and modern. We appreciated that the hotel offered Fragonard toiletries which smelled lovely and made us feel ultra-pampered.

The only issue we had was the noise level from the surrounding area. We could hear some of the external sounds; however, it wasn't too bothersome.

This hotel has an excellent location, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. It is close to everything, including the Colosseum and Termini rail station. Plus, it is right in the center of Rome's oldest neighborhood, with some great restaurants nearby.

There were some minor issues with the internet being slow at times, but it did not detract from the overall experience.

The rooftop jacuzzi is a fantastic amenity, perfect for those wanting to relax and enjoy the views. The staff are friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

This hotel is located in the heart of Rome's oldest neighbourhood, near the forum of Trajano, and just a short walk from two metro stations, making it easy to get around. The rooms are exactly like in the pictures and come with basic amenities like fresh coffee and juice. The service from the staff is excellent, and the full continental breakfast is delicious, featuring freshly squeezed juice and excellent cappuccinos.

I had a fantastic stay at Residenza Argileto. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The boutique hotel feel gave it a special charm, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The views from my room window were stunning, and I loved spending time on the rooftop terrace, especially during breakfast. The small, cosy spa was a great addition to my relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Rome.

The hotel had comfortable accommodation and was very clean. the daily cleaning service was top-notch. the staff were always friendly and helpful, providing adaptors for the AC power plugs without hesitation. - the location was excellent, with key attractions and restaurants within a short walking distance. Plus, the broadband connection was great.

The shower being in the actual room across from the bed was a bit weird and lacked privacy. The air conditioning didn't function properly, making the room uncomfortably hot, especially with the steam from the shower.

The location was unbeatable, just a 5 minute walk to the Forum of Augustus and Colosseum, and two metro stations nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and the staff working it were top-notch. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Rome!
