We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, with the MRT just opposite the property, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to receive a parcel for us and extending our stay. The room was bigger than expected and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the complimentary mini bar and daily replenishments. The rooftop pool was a quiet and relaxing spot, perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I absolutely loved staying in this hotel! The location is amazing, right in the heart of the city. It's just a short walk to the main MRT station, which made it super convenient for exploring all the city has to offer. The room was clean and comfortable, with good ventilation from the aircon system. The staff were also incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Plus, the hotel had great facilities like a fitness corner and aqua fitness section in the pool. I especially enjoyed the stylish and interesting decor in the rooms, as well as the ample storage space. it was a fantastic experience!

That the view from the window wasn't great. But with the hotel's perfect location and all the other amazing features, it was a minor inconvenience that didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

During my recent stay at Citadines Connect City Centre, I was impressed by the convenient location. Being near Dhoby Ghout MRT Station and Plaza Singapura mall made it easy for me to explore the city and indulge in some shopping. The hotel's idyllic design and attention to detail in the room created a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the quality fixtures, rain shower, and the amazing coffee machine provided. The hotel staff, who spoke both Mandarin and English, were incredibly helpful and attentive.

What an awesome new year I had! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train and mall. I also loved the stylish decor and sufficient storage space. The pool was a great addition with a fitness corner and aqua fitness section. I appreciated the complementary drinks which were a nice touch. Best of all, the seating area in the room was super cute and comfortable.

There were a few things that could be improved. The check-in process took a while and the TV channels were limited.

Clean rooms, convenient location, friendly staff, great rooftop restaurant, good value for money.
