The staff were friendly, fluent in English, and ready to assist us throughout our stay. The hotel's location was convenient for accessing Venice, with a short walk to the bus stop and a 30-minute ride into the city. After a busy day in Venice, we enjoyed returning to the peaceful ambiance of the hotel, complete with a view of the canal. Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary here was truly special, and we look forward to returning. This hidden gem deserves recognition as a top-quality 4-star hotel. Highly recommended.

Great location for Venice and parking, pleasant and accommodating staff. The hotel offered ample free parking and was conveniently located for visiting Venice. The staff was very helpful and courteous from the beginning. Breakfast buffet was good quality and there was free Wi-Fi.

The room was a bit small and basic for the price, and the bed was not very comfortable. The bathroom was quite small as well and the showerhead was not very good. The view from the room was not very pretty.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with totally new and modern bathrooms and comfortable mattresses. The staff was helpful and happy to answer any questions I had about the local area. The transportation options were convenient, with regular buses into Venezia and Padua taking just 30-40 minutes. Additionally, there were several reasonable restaurants within walking distance and the prices were much cheaper than in Venice.
