Paid Wi-Fi is a total letdown at €5.00 daily!!! Some rooms are cramped and outdated!!! The dinner menu is limited and the hot tub jets are mostly non-functional!!! Clean the dingy wall finishes for a better first impression!!!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and the staff was absolutely the friendliest I've ever encountered. They even had a little biscuit treat laid out on our bed, which felt special even if it wasn’t Champagne. Oh, and the bed was super comfy. with USB ports on both sides, it made charging devices easy while we relaxed altogether! The balcony was beautiful, opened right up letting in that warm Italian air. Definitely added a romantic touch.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but the experience was pretty good overall.

The staff were super friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The room was spacious and comfy, and I adored the view overlooking the quiet courtyard—such a lekker spot to chill! Breakfast was bomb, loved the fresh pastries and coffee, made every morning feel special.

Just a heads up, the bathroom shower was a bit cramped, but we made it work!

however, my room had some noise issues from the street, which made it hard to sleep sometimes, and the bathroom could've used an update.

Great location, lovely pool, and charming lounge areas. My room was clean, secure, and had a kettle—which was a delightful surprise! Plus, so many power outlets to charge my devices, darling!

The air conditioning was like a shy ex, hardly working unless I opened the door, inviting mosquitoes to join my slumber party. Not the most comfortable shower, either. Who knew a bath could feel like a wrestling match?

The hotel has a great vibe with a lovely lobby, and we enjoyed the convenient location, just a quick walk from all the main attractions. The breakfast was a delightful way to start our day, and the overall experience was quite pleasant for our family reunion.

My wife says that the rooms could benefit from a little updating.

This place suits me perfectly, providing free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a cozy bar area, and a great restaurant. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me print tickets. I can't wait to return for Easter!

rivoli boutique is just a short walk to the duomo and other sights. the staff was super friendly and made a real effort to help. the outside courtyard is a great place to relax, and I loved the large whirlpool hot tub after a day of exploring.
