We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop pool. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Central Station and close to Spice Alley and George Street. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the unique and stylish design of this hidden gem boutique hotel. The room had a modern and hip vibe that made our stay really enjoyable. The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The location was fantastic, with easy access to vibrant food zones like Spice Ally and Darling Harbour. The hotel provided a good selection of high-quality toiletries, which added a nice touch to our stay. We also appreciated the presence of an espresso coffee machine in the room, as we prefer that over instant coffee. we had a memorable and pleasant experience at the Old Clare Hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the harbour via public transport or Uber. It is also adjacent to a noisy restaurant strip, perfect for food enthusiasts. The unique design of the hotel, with its conversion and utilization of old features, adds character to the stay. The rooms are solid, with interesting glass enclosures in the bathroom. Furthermore, the bed is the highlight, providing a comfortable and luxurious experience.

The bar closes before midnight, limiting nighttime entertainment options for guests.

The hotel had a very warm and friendly staff, eager to help and attentive to our needs. We had complimentary notes and snacks in the room which was a nice touch. the hotel location was very central and allowed us to easily explore the area. We also appreciated having affordable options in the minibar and in-room dining menu.

The valet parking was expensive and not worth the cost. We also found some used opened drinks in our room and it took some time and effort to have them replaced.

This wasn't my first stay at Old Clare, and once again, we were impressed. the hotel's industrial vibe with a modern twist is really cool. the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, even upgrading our room and allowing us an early check-in. the location is perfect, right next to Central Station. There are so many restaurants around the hotel, from fancy to casual ones, making it super convenient for dining. We also enjoyed the hotel's own restaurant, Automata, which served delicious food. the rooftop bar and pool, as well as the lobby bar, were great amenities to have.
