We had the most magical stay at Romantic Relais Sorrento. The attention to detail was exceptional, making it a truly romantic getaway. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with a large terrace providing stunning views of the bay. The homemade breakfast, with its variety of pastries and savory dishes, was simply amazing. The free shuttle service to Sorrento town was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect and unforgettable stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the hills outside of Sorrento, with breathtaking views from the spacious rooms. The staff is amazing and attentive, Prosecco in the room is a lovely touch and the breakfasts are top-notch with delicious scrambled eggs. The inconvenience of parking the car due to the high location of the hotel. We found using public transportation or taxi services to be safer and more practical.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the breathtaking views of the ocean and Mount Vesuvius were definitely a highlight, providing a stunning backdrop for the entire experience. the complimentary bottle of Prosecco and fruit in our room upon arrival was a lovely gesture that added to the romantic ambiance of our honeymoon. the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide range of delicious sweet and savory options to start the day off right.

There were no major drawbacks during our stay at the hotel. However, it would have been more convenient if there were clearer transportation options to and from the nearby town.

Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service 5 times a day to and from a central drop-off point, making it easy to plan activities elsewhere without worrying about transportation.

Our room was modern and spacious, and everything was sparkling clean. the hosts, Antonella, Giuseppe, and their staff, were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always wearing a smile. the breakfast each morning was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. We also had dinner at the hotel twice and it was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back!

The room at the hotel was fantastic, with a lovely big shower, a huge bath, and a really nice bed. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options available. The view from certain rooms was stunning and the garden area outside was a lovely place to relax.

The location of the hotel was quite high, making it inaccessible to walk to from the city center.

The lighting in the room could be improved, as it was quite bright in the evenings. Some may find the location a bit far from downtown, but the shuttle service compensates for this.
