I recently had a fantastic stay at a resort near Sapporo bus terminal. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area at night. The Fresh restaurant offered a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. The room was clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of Lake Toya. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was friendly and attentive. I especially enjoyed the free shuttle bus service to JR Toya station. it was a memorable experience.

There was one issue with the hotel that I found disappointing.

The stunning lake views, rooftop onsen, great food selection, personalized service, and convenient shuttle service make for an amazing stay at this resort. The staff's warm goodbye gesture in the snow was touching.

The value for money at Lake View Toya Nonokaze Resort was excellent, with a luxurious room and stunning views of the lake and Mt Yotei. The location was convenient, with a shuttle bus and easy access to the bus stop. The staff treated us warmly, offering a great arrival experience and providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety and different options on different days.

Enjoyed a Christmas stay with two complimentary facts included. the hotel benefits from a stunning view of the mountains, and a convenient location alongside the lake, making it a prime spot. the breakfast buffet was delicious, and it was a real treat to be able to make our own sushi rolls.

There were some negative aspects of the hotel that detracted from the experience. the noise level in the public spaces was high due to big groups and tour buses, and the rooms were subject to smoke wafting through from the smoking rooms.

I recently stayed at the Lake View Toya Nonokaze Resort for a weekend getaway. The staff provided exceptional hospitality, picking up our luggage and parking our car. The "wind breaker" corridor kept us warm in the winter, and the lake view from our spacious room was breathtaking. The rooftop onsen was calming, and the buffet meals had a wide variety of delicious options, including a kids area. The complimentary shuttle to and from Sapporo Station was convenient, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth.

I had an amazing stay at this resort! the location is excellent, with a stunning view of the lake and mountains. the staff provided VIP treatment and were always courteous and helpful. the warm welcome and great send-off made me feel valued as a guest. the dining experience was wonderful, and I especially enjoyed wearing the complimentary Yukata, which allowed me to experience a part of Japanese culture. the rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the private onsen was relaxing. a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.
