The location of the hotel is exceptional, with easy access to all major sites and attractions of Rome. It is conveniently located near the bus stop, making it easy to explore the city center. The rooms are small, but the bathroom is spacious and well-maintained. The friendly staff provides acceptable service. The breakfast, although in a different building, is a great deal for only 19 euros.

The elevator only goes up to the fourth floor and there are no rooms available in the main building.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Rome and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place is absolutely perfect, as it is centrally located to all the major sites. I was able to walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and even the Colosseum and Forum. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is fantastic, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are great.

Located nearby top tourist attractions and close to a metro station. Breakfast was included and provided a good selection of food to start your day right. Staff provided excellent service throughout the day making every request hassle-free.

Some rooms can be located across the road from reception, which can be inconvenient for luggage transfer. Air conditioning in some rooms may not be fully operational, which can make the room hot and stuffy.

I had a great value for money at this hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom was really nice. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the landmarks. The staff, especially Sonia at the front desk and our housekeeper Zina, were extremely friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and close to a metro station. The staff at reception were helpful and friendly, especially when I needed assistance with my luggage. Despite a small hiccup during check-in, they were able to resolve the issue promptly and provide me with a comfortable room. The breakfast selection was good, offering a variety of options to start the day. I had a pleasant stay at Rome Art Hotel and would recommend it to others.
