I stayed at this new hotel for my boyfriend's birthday and it was perfect. The location was ideal and the room was spacious and clean. The staff, especially Federica, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast surprise with a cupcake and candle was a lovely touch. The hotel had great facilities, including a big TV, good sound system, and even a Samsung phone with helpful tips for exploring.

I recently stayed at a fabulous hotel in a prime location in Rome. The property had a modern feel and provided excellent WiFi. Natalia at the front desk was friendly and professional, arranging transportation for us quickly. The air conditioning was the best I've experienced in Europe and the TV had many English channels. The sister hotel, Rome Times, where we were temporarily relocated, was also fantastic with spacious rooms and accommodating staff. The proximity to a shopping mall was a huge plus, especially since it stayed open late. a great stay.
