The quality of the tea offered during our stay could have been better. We were never asked about our tea preferences and it was either too weak or too strong.

The bathroom in our room was a bit small and outdated, and we could hear squeaky floors from the rooms above during the night, which disturbed our sleep. It would have been nice to have a more varied cheese presentation for a hotel of this class.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with a large and beautifully decorated room that was well-equipped and had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The location was perfect for exploring the Cotswolds, with stunning walks right on our doorstep. What really made our stay special, though, was the incredibly helpful and welcoming staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home. The hotel itself was a beautiful hideaway with lovely grounds, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere.

When it came to breakfast choices, it would have been nice to have more information about alternative dining options in the hotel since the restaurant was fully booked.
