During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated close to popular tourist attractions and was easy to get to/from. Additionally, the hotel offered a rooftop pool with stunning views, which was a great way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. the service at breakfast was quite slow and I had to wait a long time to be served.

We were impressed by the beautiful rooftop pool at Romeo Napoli, offering stunning views of the harbor. The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the updated and modern Asian design of our room. The complimentary breakfast buffet, although mostly carb-heavy, had a pleasant surprise when they brought us a plate of smoked salmon upon request. we would recommend this hotel for a one-night stop on a coastal trip or before a cruise.

The view from the high floor rooms with floor to ceiling windows is breathtaking. You can see Vesuvius and the bustling port. The hotel facilities are high-end and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive. The location is convenient for exploring the city and close to transportation options.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to the city center but away from the noise of downtown Napoli. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the harbor. The hotel itself was built to a high-end spec, with glamorous decor and art-filled public areas. The breakfast buffet was extensive and well stocked, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The spa was amazing, with multiple rooms, and the gym was huge with top-notch equipment. a fantastic stay!

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they spoke English better than my Italian! They were especially great with our 10, month, old grandson, making him feel welcome and even providing special attention during breakfast. the restaurant on the 10th floor was outstanding, with unbelievable food and a friendly wait staff who introduced each course with enthusiasm. the views from the bar and restaurant overlooking the port were also breathtaking.

The rooms were a bit on the small side and didn't have enough space for our baggage. Additionally, the shower wet rooms had insufficient towel hanging space and the movement, sensitive lighting in the shower room was annoying, often leaving us in darkness.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, providing a luxurious and comfortable room with beautiful views of the harbor. The location is perfect, with easy access to the city's main attractions, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I had such an amazing stay at Romeo! The design of the hotel is vibrant and modern, which added a fun and exciting atmosphere to my trip. The rooms were well-designed and spacious, with reliable internet and an abundance of cozy pillows. The bathrooms were cool and had great water pressure. And let's not forget about the top two floors with the restaurants and pool - they did not disappoint! Even though the location seemed odd at first, it turned out to be well-situated once I got my bearings. Plus, the ferry terminal right across the street made it convenient for day trips. The staff at Romeo were incredibly wonderful, making my experience even more enjoyable. And the spa? It was a sight to behold - gorgeous, creatively designed, and immaculately clean. My only suggestion would be to sell bathing suits because I missed out on enjoying the amazingness of the spa. I highly recommend this hotel.
