Friendly multilingual staff provided great service.

The heating in my room was inconsistent, which made my stay uncomfortable. I also encountered issues with the Wi-Fi, as it wouldn’t connect to my phone. The noise from the trams outside was absolutely unbearable, leading to frequent disturbances during the night that ruined my sleep. Overall, I expected better for the price I paid.

The noise from the trams will definitely keep you up at night!!! Room sizes are tiny, almost laughable for the price!!! The inconsistent hot water in the mornings makes for a frustrating start!!! Also, expect to deal with unpleasant odors in some rooms!!!

Exploring Milan vibes 🇮🇹✨

Lekker stay with the chommies at reception, super friendly and always made sure we felt at home. The location is on point, close to metro and all the chic spots. Brekkie had plenty of options to fill up before a day of wandering around the city!

The lift is a bit tiny, bruh, like two people and a suitcase are a tight fit!

I had a cozy stay in a small double room. The memory foam mattress was super comfy, and the air conditioning worked great, keeping the room cool.
