Friendly multilingual staff provided great service.

The heating in my room was inconsistent, which made my stay uncomfortable. I also encountered issues with the Wi-Fi, as it wouldn’t connect to my phone. The noise from the trams outside was absolutely unbearable, leading to frequent disturbances during the night that ruined my sleep. Overall, I expected better for the price I paid.

I stayed here for a couple of nights while exploring the city's attractions, and I was pleasantly surprised by the vibrant locale. The metro was just a quick walk away, making it easy to navigate to places like the Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. My room was small yet cozy, perfect for a short stay, and I appreciated having the option to store my bags before check-in and after check-out. Overall, it was a solid choice for the price and served my needs well.

The noise from the trams will definitely keep you up at night!!! Room sizes are tiny, almost laughable for the price!!! The inconsistent hot water in the mornings makes for a frustrating start!!! Also, expect to deal with unpleasant odors in some rooms!!!

The location was awesome, heaps close to the metro and tram. But the shower was a bit of a squeeze. On the bright side, staff were super friendly!

Man, the location was on point, right by the metro and mad chill spots. All the staff were super friendly, felt like fam for real. The free breakfast had me full, and the eco-friendly water setup was dope. Just wish the fridge was a lil’ bigger, but I ain't trippin'.

Request a room away from the tram line to reduce noise disturbances, and take advantage of the complimentary breakfast — it features a nice variety to kickstart your day!

The location is superb, with easy access to the subway station and just a short ride to the city center. The rooms are modern and equipped with useful gadgets, like a micro fridge and USB sockets by the bed.

The soundproofing is poor, leading to disturbances from outside noise.

Lekker stay with the chommies at reception, super friendly and always made sure we felt at home. The location is on point, close to metro and all the chic spots. Brekkie had plenty of options to fill up before a day of wandering around the city!
