We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in an excellent location, close to both the train station and major attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our spacious and comfortable room provided everything we needed. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options. The highlight of our stay was definitely the refreshing outdoor pool, perfect for cooling off on a hot day. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Amazing breakfast with a wide range of delicious options. The staff at the reception, especially Luca, were extremely friendly and provided us with great recommendations for a nice steak dinner. Parking was easy and convenient, allowing us to leave our car there even after check-out. the value for money was excellent. Additionally, the location of the hotel was very convenient, allowing us to explore the city easily.

The absence of a restaurant on-site, which would have been a convenient option. Another minor issue was the bathroom setup in our room, with an open shower and no shower walls, resulting in water splashing everywhere.

Conveniently located near the city center, with easy access to viewpoints. Solo room is cozy and wifi is reliable. Helpful staff and lovely garden to relax in. Delicious breakfast and optional pool for a small fee.

Located in the heart of the city centre, Villa Royal offers a stunning building with beautiful grounds and pool facilities. The breakfast served in the garden is a lovely experience. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. The reception desk provides good recommendations on restaurants and parking facilities.

Shower facilities in some of the rooms may cause inconvenience, as there are no walls, leading to slippery conditions.

I loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the historic center and nearly all of Florence's main sightseeing attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious.

Breakfast was tasty with a variety of options to choose from. the shower had good pressure and was spacious. the hotel had a nice pool that was great for cooling off on hot days. the location of the hotel was convenient, with a store nearby for any necessities. We appreciated the ability to store our luggage after checking out.
