Excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from both the train station and the city center. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of sweet and savory options. The restaurant was also quite good. The only downside was that some parts of the hotel could use renovation or replacement of the shoe shine machines. I have stayed here multiple times over the past six years and overall, it's a good hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

Royal Palace had a unique, vintage-inspired decor with modern upgrades. the foyer bar offered a good experience. the location was convenient, near the train and bus station but still quiet. the hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and fresh food. the staff were attentive to guests' needs.

It was also centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the city whether we were traveling by train or ferry. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, explaining how to navigate the city and providing excellent service. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views. The restaurant and bar offered a delicious breakfast and a variety of menu options, and the staff was as friendly as the front desk staff. our experience here was exceptional.
