We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, right in the center of everything and on the main shopping street. We were able to easily walk to all the famous landmarks like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The service here is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and even bicycle hire available. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room amenities were fantastic, with a mini-bar, soundproofed rooms, and a flat-screen TV. We especially loved the spa and wellness center, where we could relax in the sauna and jacuzzi after a long day of exploring. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and exceptional service.

We had a great stay at this fabulous hotel in a prime location. The Spanish steps and other attractions were just a short walk away, and there was a convenient taxi stand across the street. The room was contemporary in design and included a small fridge, which was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the toiletries from Ortigia were a lovely addition. We also appreciated the mobile device provided in the room for navigating the city. a wonderful experience at San Carlo Suite.

The location is perfect, right in the center of all the major sightseeing areas. It's conveniently situated down a fairly infamous street, providing a unique atmosphere. Additionally, it is located right in the middle of Via del Corso, next to all the shops, making it ideal for shopping enthusiasts.

The virtual reception can be impersonal and ineffective, which may not provide the personalized service that some guests desire.
