The economy room was cozy with efficient design, ample storage space, and traditional shutters on the window. The high ceiling and warm temperature made it comfortable even in winter. Convenient location near major attractions and a supermarket. Helpful and communicative staff, including detailed directions prior to arrival.

We were able to walk to Piazza San Marco in just a few minutes, making it incredibly convenient. The value for money was also a highlight, as the rates were very reasonable for the central location. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy. We also appreciated the presence of a bakery in the same building.

The room we stayed in was on the small side, with a tiny bathroom and a small TV that didn't offer any international channels. Additionally, the room faced the street, which resulted in some noise from outside.

This hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to all major areas and a popular tourist spot. The value for money is excellent and the rooms come with all the comforts you'd expect, including private outdoor terraces with good panoramic views. We also loved the breakfast that was included in the stay.

Compact, clean, and quiet room in a central location. Within walking distance to major tourist attractions, water buses, and gondolas. Great restaurants nearby and a fabulous bakery and gelato shop at the bottom of the stairs.

The location is fantastic, very close to St Marc's square and other attractions. It's in the centre of things, making it easy to explore. The room was comfortable with a good-sized shower and always clean. The check-in process was smooth, with a luggage deposit that had no limit. They even offered a discount for cash payment.

The wifi didn't work, which was frustrating during our stay.

The room was clean, spacious, and had a small internal terrace. The location was perfect, with attractions like the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square just a few minutes away. The staff, including Umberto and the lady at the reception, were polite, helpful, and provided great communication. The hotel was also very quiet despite its central location. We would definitely come back!

I spent my xmas break in a hotel and it was awesome! They gifted us with a bottle of wine and chocolates in the room. the location was perfect, close to all the best spots in the city. the room was spacious and well-decorated.

The Wi-Fi signal was not very strong and often disconnected. the heater system was working, but seemed inefficient as the room was a bit chilly.

the apartment was bigger than expected, super clean and organized. Great location with lots of restaurants and sights nearby. Will definitely come back.

Our stay at San Lio Tourist House was simply delightful. The room was clean and cozy, with a vintage charm that added to the overall experience. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center and close to all the attractions Venice has to offer. We were able to easily explore the city and find everything we needed.

We loved the location of San Lio Tourist House, it was so convenient for exploring all the attractions in Venice. We were especially thrilled that San Marco Square was just a 5-minute walk away. Along the way, we had access to supermarkets, restaurants, and delightful ice cream shops. Plus, we were able to easily hop on boats to visit other nearby islands. The room was clean and comfortable, making our stay a pleasant one. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at San Lio! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and address any queries or concerns we had. the room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service. the complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits provided along the corridor were a nice touch. the location was perfect, within walking distance of many tourist attractions and amenities. We fell in love with the magical and incredible atmosphere of this hidden gem. Can't wait to return with my daughter.

We really got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was nicely designed, clean, and even came with a balcony. The location was superb, with easy access to main landmarks and the boat station. The staff were polite and welcoming, and they made sure our room was ready upon our arrival.
