I recently stayed at this hotel for a brief visit and was impressed. The staff, although sometimes difficult to reach, was great when I did have contact with them. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Bay Bridge and a short walk to the Ferry Building and Embarcadero. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. a great facility that I would highly recommend.

The location of the hotel was superb, within walking distance of Union Square and the Ferry Building. The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. We loved the view from our room and enjoyed the complimentary 10-minute massage.

The hotel's website advertised a "bay view" room, but we ended up with a room directly facing a building across the street. It took some effort to get moved to a higher floor with closer water views.

This hotel is located in an amazing area, right across the street from the Ferry Building. The rooms with the "partial waterfront" view have a beautiful view and are definitely worth the money. Basic amenities are provided and the staff is really helpful and friendly.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel near the Ferry Building and Bay Bridge. the view from the room was enjoyable, especially being able to see the Bay Bridge. Additionally, the friendly housekeeping staff and the good quality food from the restaurant were positive highlights.

I was disappointed with certain aspects of the hotel. the room size was small, typical for San Francisco, but still cramped.

The hotel had a great location, right by the Bay Bridge and the Embarcadero. The room had a spacious layout and a lovely view of the bay. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the Italian food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel had a European style and a relaxed atmosphere, making it a truly enjoyable stay.

Great waterfront location in a quiet area. Spectacular sunrise view from the rooms and nearby Pier 14. Helpful staff and exceptionally clean rooms. Conveniently located for transportation and activities. Enjoyable a la carte breakfast and great amenities, such as plush beds, bathrobes, and Johnathan Adler toiletries.

my recent stay at a hotel in SF was simply exceptional. after staying at Hotel Vitale, i decided to try 1 Hotel and was pleasantly surprised. the location was perfect, the rooms were clean and elegant, and the rooftop lounges provided breathtaking views of the Bay. highly recommended.

Noisy room.

The rooftop lounge with breathtaking city views is an absolute must-visit. Service is impeccable, and the free bicycles provided are a fantastic touch. In-room yoga mats and reclaimed wood furnishings made for a unique, eco-friendly stay. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
