Incredible hotel, new furniture, beautiful sea view, lovely terrace breakfast, high quality products.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had an unforgettable stay at the excellently located San Michele Suite. The view of Polignano a Mare from our terrace was incomparable, allowing us to fully appreciate the beauty of Lamamonachile. The staff, especially Valentina, went above and beyond to make our stay as seamless as possible, taking care of every detail like parking, luggage. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious with a good variety to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace, where we were treated to breathtaking views and delightful aperitivo experiences. The professionalism, helpfulness, and incredible politeness of the San Michele team, especially Margherita, Marika. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks like the terrace not being suited for windy weather and the lack of an indoor common area for breakfast during wet weather, these were quickly overlooked by the overall outstanding experience. We'll definitely be returning to San Michele Suite in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.

This excellently located hotel in a car-free area of town offers a comfortable room with a beautiful sea view. The staff is exceptional, always happy and helpful. Enjoy a delicious breakfast on the lovely terrace, with high-quality products and homemade cakes. The rooftop terrace is perfect for watching the sunset while sipping a drink. Take advantage of the complimentary rickshaw ride from the train station to the hotel.

If stairs are an issue, be aware that there are a couple of steps to access the suite.

Great weekend, wonderful view of the ocean and the comfortable balcony chairs. The hotel was modern, with elegantly designed furniture and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location was excellent, right in the heart of a charming village with shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was superb, with plenty of high-quality local food and a variety of gluten-free selections.

The lack of facilities, as there was no pool and the beach was not ideal. The room was quite small without an elevator, and the stairs were narrow and winded.
