Nothing it was perfect

We definitely got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was spacious and had the most breathtaking views of the ocean and mangroves. The staff treated us like family and even recommended an amazing guide for a private boat tour, which made our stay truly unique.

The breakfast selection could be improved to cater to a wider variety of preferences.

The convenience of having a restaurant on site, as eateries in small towns in Yucatan usually close early. Being in direct touch with nature.

The convenience of having a restaurant on site was a major plus, especially since eateries in the surrounding area tend to close early. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also ideal, providing beautiful views of the sea and easy access to the charming village of San Felipe.

One negative aspect was the poor Wi-Fi connection, which was particularly problematic on the second floor. The Wi-Fi did improve slightly on the lower floors, but it still left much to be desired.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the spacious rooms with stunning views of the ocean and mangrove area. the terrace was a great spot to relax with a cold beer and enjoy the delicious ceviche. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our check, in and check, out process easy and effortless.

There were a few aspects that we were not completely satisfied with. the Wi, Fi was very poor, especially on the second floor where we stayed.

The artwork in the hotel, done by the owner's father, added an artsy and eclectic touch. The location in the charming fishing village of San Felipe was perfect, with wonderful views of the fishing port. The staff, especially Fili and Marcos, made us feel incredibly welcome and their recommendations for fishing and boat tours were spot-on. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The room was spacious and had beautiful views of the ocean and mangrove. We could even see pelicans from our window! The terrace of the hotel was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink, and the ceviche was the best we've ever had. The location of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had no issues with cleanliness, check-in, or check-out. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
