The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was close to the train station and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The room was well-appointed and the bathroom was luxurious, with a deep soaking tub and inlaid marble. One of the best parts of our stay was the breakfast, which was elegant and had a wide variety of delicious options.

The only downside was that there was no air conditioning in the elevator. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not detract from our overall experience at the hotel.

We were thrilled to be upgraded to the honeymoon suite with a balcony overlooking the beautiful Santa Maria Novella Church. The spacious rooms, elegant decor, and attentive staff made our stay truly luxurious. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring Florence's major sites and there were plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. we highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was terrific, just a short walk from the train station and within half a mile of the Duomo. It made it very easy for us to explore the city and visit all the main sights. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating in every way. They were extremely courteous and went above and beyond with their quality of service. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were always available to assist us with any needs or questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel in this city.

We recently stayed at Wtb Hotels in Florence for our 51st wedding anniversary celebration. The hotel staff welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco and a bowl of strawberries, as well as adorable towel swans with rose petals on the bed. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast buffet was impressive and delicious, and the rooftop offered stunning views of the city. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel special throughout our entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this place right in the heart of the city, with delightful square views and in proximity to Santa Maria Novella basilica and the main train station. The staff speaks English and provides excellent service, offering amenities such as room service, car hire, and tours/ticket assistance. We enjoyed the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel, along with its fantastic restaurant and bar that offers snack bars, buffet breakfast, and a happy hour.

elevator issues

The room was spacious and luxurious, with a wonderful air conditioning system. The hotel staff, especially Leeza and Sanja, were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with reservations and transportation.

The layout of the hotel was confusing, with multiple elevators and zigzag hallways. There were no signs to clearly indicate the way to the front desk or rooms, which could be problematic in case of an emergency.

Beautiful building with Tuscan charm, great location near all the must-see places in the city, fantastic breakfast selection with Italian and English options, and a rooftop terrace offering stunning views of the city. highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay in this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right on the plaza opposite the beautiful Santa Maria Novella church. It was also conveniently near the train station, making it easy for us to travel with our luggage. The hotel itself was stunning, with a well-maintained and luxurious feel. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms, although slightly small, were beautifully appointed with marble bathrooms. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from the friendly and helpful front desk to the attentive service at breakfast. We especially loved the views from the rooftop terrace, where we could admire the cityscape. we had an exceptional experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
