Great location just a short walk from the train station and the historic center. The room featured an impressive view of the Duomo from a circular window. A spectacular terrace adds to the experience.

Some staff appeared indifferent, impacting the welcoming atmosphere. The elevators were slow, especially during busy times, which made getting around a bit challenging.

Inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity is frustrating!!! The elevator system can feel like a maze, making it less convenient!!! Noise disturbances from nearby areas disrupt sleep quality!!! The rooftop terrace lacks comfortable seating!!! Room designs may not meet expectations!!!

I enjoyed my time here. The breakfast had a good variety, including fresh pastries and even scrambled eggs that looked nice. I loved relaxing on the rooftop terrace with a great view, perfect for winding down with a glass of wine. The staff were helpful, guiding me through the city and making suggestions. The location was central, making it easy to explore. I appreciated the historic touches throughout the hotel. Overall, a memorable experience. I felt a connection to the culture of this place.

The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the train station and Duomo. Our kids loved exploring the nearby parks and gelato spots. The spacious family room was perfect for us, and the breakfast had a great variety, including delicious toasted bread.

It's an easy five-minute walk to the train station and the Duomo. My boyfriend and I loved the amenities like the small fridge and coffee options. They even left a bottle of champagne in our room—such a nice touch after our Tuscany tour!

this hotel was super cute! the staff were really friendly and helpful, and i loved chillin on the rooftop terrace with the great views. brekfast had some nice options, and the location was on point, within walking distance to all the tourist spots. my room was comfy and had this lovely decor that made me feel at home. overall, a really nice stay!

but there were some issues with the wifi being spotty, and the stairs were kinda a pain to navigate. could use more lighting for sure!

The location is just perfect. a stone's throw from the train station and opposite the stunning Santa Maria Novella church. Clean, impeccably furnished rooms with gorgeous views. breakfast had a fantastic variety, and the staff was super friendly! The terrace was a great spot to unwind, too.
