the communication with the staff was clear and friendly from the moment we booked until we checked out. We were even given a free upgrade to a beautiful large apartment with a private balcony. the daily cleaning service and fresh towels were a nice touch. the location in the charming town of Scicli was perfect for exploring the area, including nearby beaches and historical sites. the renovated 19th century palazzo where we stayed was the most impressive place we've ever stayed at. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the town, as it was right next to the most important streets for tourists. Additionally, it was close to the grand church that is featured in the Montalbano series, allowing for easy access to a cultural landmark. Being close to downtown and the city centre made it convenient to explore shops, restaurants, and attractions. The rooms were clean and the shower was excellent, providing a comfortable and refreshing experience. The friendly staff added to the positive experience, offering great service throughout the stay.

The noise from the streets at night could be disruptive, especially for light sleepers.

We were warmly greeted by Enzio upon arrival and he personally escorted us to our beautiful room. The room was spacious and filled with natural light, and we loved the small terrace where we could relax in the evenings. The bathroom was modern and the shower was refreshing. The location of the hotel was central yet quiet, and we had no issues with finding parking. The owners made a point to check in with us every morning to ensure our stay was going well. We appreciated their care and attention to detail. The breakfast served at the restaurant was exceptional, with a variety of local products and homemade jams. we had a fantastic and romantic stay at Scicli Albergo Diffuso.

The furniture in the room could have been better and the bedding was not as comfortable as we would have liked. Additionally, it would have been convenient to have tea/coffee making facilities available either in the room or in a common kitchen area.

This hotel is in a perfect place, right in the heart of the old town. The location is fantastic, with a short walk to another building where breakfast is served. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with attention to detail. I especially loved the ensuite arab-style lemon-tree garden with a fountain, offering a fantastic view. The breakfast was also delicious, with fresh fruit and great coffee.

Loved staying at this charming hotel during the Christmas period. the breakfast was amazing with a fantastic variety of typical Sicilian food. the location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the festive atmosphere. the staff members were very friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and clean.

The noise level in the city centre during the Christmas celebrations could be loud at times. If you are a light sleeper it may be better to request a room further away from the festivities.

We had a fabulous stay at a historical residence in the heart of amazing Scicli. the spacious and amazing palazzo apartment provided us with a wonderful experience. the staff at Albergo Diffuso were welcoming and very professional, keeping in contact with us without being intrusive. They even made reservations for us at a local restaurant. We also enjoyed a great breakfast spread at the nearby bars. the town of Scicli, where the popular TV program "Commissario Montalbano" is filmed, offered plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. a fantastic experience.
