We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location on the beautiful lake surrounded by wineries was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed exploring the area and taking in the breathtaking views. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff ensuring our every need was taken care of. The housekeeping and laundry services were excellent, making our stay even more comfortable. The airport shuttle option was convenient and made our arrival and departure stress-free. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel also offered tours and ticket assistance, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions in the area. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar, made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved the sitting area and terrace, where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great perk. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making it the perfect place to stay.

The view from the hotel room was breathtaking and the breakfast was delicious. The proximity to the city center and the main tourist attractions was also convenient. Moreover, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel lacked basic amenities such as a swimming pool, which was a major disappointment. The room design was outdated and the spa services were subpar, which did not justify the high tariff.
