Spacious bedroom, clean with big telly. Friendly staff and helpful welcome. Two kettles available. Fresh room, well-stocked kitchen area. Comfy bed, slept well. Large beds, clean linen. YouTube app accessible. Quiet location, short journey to town. Good communication with owner. Would stay again.

the location was perfect, close to home and local amenities. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a working shower and a washing machine. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the link to pay made it easy. The parking at the back was great too.

Towel rail was missing in bathroom.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the room felt very spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural light. It was also conveniently located, close to everything I needed in the city centre. The free parking at the back of the hotel was a great perk, and the staff were extremely helpful and responsive to any questions I had.

We recently stayed at a charming old building with plenty of character, Park View, in a great location near the city centre. the room was spacious and had two separate rooms within it, exceeding our expectations. the photos of the park opposite were a lovely touch. Despite a ticking noise coming from the wall, we managed to cover it up with a fan provided in the room. it was excellent value for money and we would definitely return on our next visit to Hull.

I recently stayed at a lovely studio flat in a beautiful Victorian era building. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and well-equipped kitchen. The building had secure access and the on-site parking was very useful. The location was convenient, with a bus stop right outside the building and it was situated between the university and city centre. The accommodation manager was friendly and responsive, making our stay even more pleasant.

park view in hull was even better than my previous stay. the clean, spacious room with high ceilings and natural light was excellent. the free parking and well-stocked kitchen were so convenient. quick responses from the manager made everything easy.

Shower in the bathroom had a bad smell.
