Lovely rooms, delicious food, great wines. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, clean and well cared for. Very friendly staff. Catering for food intolerances. Guided hiking tours twice a week. Many repeat guests. Spectacular scenery, good breakfasts, cosy bar. Polite staff, perfect location for skiing. Beautiful and spacious rooms with mountain views. Fantastic 5-set menu at the hotel restaurant. Nice gym. Competent staff.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff at this hotel. The luxurious amenities, including a top-notch spa and indoor swimming pool, exceeded our expectations. The treatment room was a peaceful oasis, perfect for indulging in the body wraps or massages offered. The sun terrace and garden area provided stunning views of the surrounding mountains, and we loved the convenience of the bar/lounge area for a quick snack or evening cocktail. The restaurant served delectable meals with special diet menus available, and we appreciated having the same table and waiter throughout our stay.

The only minor issue we encountered was with our room, which lacked exclusive facilities compared to other areas of the hotel. However, the room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay.

The hotel offered a gym and a spa, which was very convenient during my business trip. The location near the main square and a shopping mall made it easy to find different restaurants and stores to explore during my free time. the Wi-Fi connection was strong throughout my stay, allowing me to work efficiently whenever I needed to.

The room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The noise level at night was also an issue, with lots of street noise coming in through the window.
