During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable and clean room at the hotel. the beds were cozy and provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location near the highway made it convenient for getting around. the ample parking was also a huge plus. Furthermore, the staff was pleasant and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

One of the downsides during my stay was that the sheets in my room were only changed once throughout the week-long stay. Although not a major issue, it would have been nice to have fresh sheets more frequently.

Great value for money. An excellent location to go shopping from. The hotel was located in a peaceful and nice area of Hartford. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and with my Honors card, I was able to get a room with a king bed, mini fridge, and microwave. I enjoyed having breakfast, which was included in the room rate.

The hotel's location was convenient, with a gas station, Dunkin Donuts, and Subway within walking distance. this hotel provided a wonderful experience in a clean area down the river in the Hartford area.

We had an amazing experience during our recent stay. This place is nestled in a beautiful location down the river with lots of greenery. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The room was spacious and clean with excellent service from the housekeeping team. The amenities and facilities, like the indoor swimming pool, restaurant buffet, and fitness center, were top-notch. We also enjoyed the sitting area in the lobby with hot coffee available all day long.

The breakfast was a great way to start our day with two complimentary facts offered. the key location was great- near to everything we wanted to see. we really enjoyed the pool after a long day of sightseeing.

The mattresses were a bit too firm for our liking, but we still slept pretty comfortably. Lastly, the towels were a little small and scratchy.
