The hotel provided an excellent breakfast spread with a variety of dishes to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure our needs were met. The location was ideal, offering easy access to popular tourist attractions with a tram stop nearby. We were able to explore the city conveniently. the room had a stunning panoramic view from the windows, allowing us to enjoy breathtaking sights right from our bed.

The Wi-Fi connection was not reliable, although it was usable for basic tasks and video calls. The bed was a bit narrow compared to EU/US standards but still manageable.

The staff, from reception to cleaners, were all friendly and kind. Definitely a place I would return to, felt comfortable and at home.

I had the pleasure of enjoying express check-in and check-out, free WiFi, and even a shopping mall onsite. What could be better than ironing service and window guards?

Oh, how delightful it was to be constantly serenaded by trams, morning prayers, and fights outside my window. Such a peaceful and serene experience.
