The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring all the top tourist attractions, as it is situated conveniently between two vaporeto stops and within easy walking distance to St Mark's and other popular sites. You can easily hop on the water bus and visit the Grand Canal, St Marco piazza, The Peggy Guggenheim collection and much, much more.

The room size was a bit disappointing, with cramped space and not much room to move around.

Comfortable and convenient location. The hotel is just a short distance from the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The room we stayed in was cozy and clean. The free wi-fi in public areas was a plus, although it would have been better to have it in all rooms. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel for its good location and fair prices.

This hotel is in dire need of renovation. the furniture was old, the walls were stained, and there was no elevator or help with the luggage.

The location was perfect, right next to a canal and just a quick ferry ride or a pleasant 20-minute walk to St Marks Square. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the beautiful views from the junior suite. The hotel was in a peaceful area, yet still easily accessible.
