Staff and amenities great, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, eco-friendly design, dog-friendly.

Nothing it was perfect.

Upon arriving at this hotel, I was impressed with their exceptional service. the details and attention to my needs were taken care of with luxurious amenities that fulfilled all my exclusive needs. the location is fantastic, with most of the famous attractions at walking distance. the restaurant and bar offered a great selection of food and drinks, including healthy options like detox juices. the spa is first, class and the treatments are worth trying, making me feel at my best.

The only minor issue I encountered was during check, in, which was time, consuming, but understandable since the hotel has just opened and was fully booked.

Had the most amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! The food was excellent - we especially loved the lobby bar drinks. The staff was incredibly friendly, from the receptionist who kindly upgraded us to the restaurant and bar staff who were so accommodating and welcoming. We adored the cozy and clean rooms and the soothing SPA treatments. The bonus was the convenient location to the city attractions and the historic sites. We highly recommend this hotel for a lovely and memorable Christmas experience.

The check-in process could be faster. Although we understood that it was peak season, it still took a bit of time. Also, while the hotel is stunning, the rooftop was closed during our stay which was a bit disappointing.

The spa at Six Senses was fully booked during my stay, but I wished they had checked during check-in if I wanted to make a reservation. I had thought I had made one online, but there was a miscommunication and I found out only an hour in advance that it was not booked. Unfortunately, all other spots were already full by then. So, my advice is to book well in advance and confirm with the staff to avoid any miscommunication. Other than this small inconvenience, everything else about my stay was excellent.
