I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is in a fantastic location, right on the promenade across from the beautiful Poniente beach. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options and the staff were friendly and helpful. The car parking facilities were convenient for those who have a vehicle. I loved that it was located in the more quiet part of this city, but still close enough to easily access the more lively areas.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the dining staff was attentive. The hotel is brand new, so everything was clean and in good order. The location was convenient, right next to a major highway, making it easy to get around. Best aspects: friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean facilities, convenient location.

The hotel had friendly and helpful staff, especially at the front desk and during breakfast. the rooms were tastefully decorated and the hotel was conveniently located not far off the highway. the internet connection was initially a problem, but the front desk staff promptly resolved the issue.

There was difficulty finding an electrical plug that matched the specific needs, and the fridge was not turned on upon arrival. Additionally, the walls seemed to be thin, as noise from adjacent rooms was easily heard.

Had a great stay over Christmas at this hotel. the breakfast was fantastic, with made, to, order waffles shaped like Texas and a good selection of scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit. the bathrooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of counter space. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, with nearby restaurants and a Walmart just a couple of blocks away. Plus, there was a mini fridge in the room for keeping snacks on hand.

The only downside was that there was an additional fee required to rent the room upon arrival, even though I had called ahead to inquire about any fees. However, the fee was refunded back to my card within a couple of days after check, out.

The location of the hotel is convenient for those visiting a nearby hospital. The rooms are decent with large shower bottles provided. The staff members can be helpful in providing early check-in and have a good restaurant nearby. The breakfast is decent with a good seating area and one staff member being very commendable.

We had a great stay at Fairfield Inn! Everyone was super friendly, even the other guests. People went out of their way to be nice, even saying "good morning" at breakfast. Everything was clean and nice, plus it was super close to great restaurants and shopping. The variety of breakfast, including hot options like eggs and sausage, was joyfully served by the nicest lady. The coffee was very good too. The entire staff made us feel welcome and our room was very clean with a comfortable bed. We actually loved our stay and plan on coming back soon. It was also a great value for us.
