I had a lovely stay at a hotel near the ferry. The staff at Smart Hotel Napoli were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any request. The hotel was clean and modern, making for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient for accessing the ferry, although it was a bit far from Napoli itself. The breakfast had plenty of options, although the quality could have been better. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location near the ferry.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right on the waterfront in the Sea Port area. It's perfect for those wanting to be close to the beach, as well as for cruise passengers, as it is right on the passengers for the ferries. The historic center and the seaside are just a short walk away, making it convenient for sightseeing. The 24/7 reception and friendly staff provide excellent service. The rooms are clean and well-sized, with a magnificent bathroom featuring "smart lights" for a personalized ambiance. The outdoor sitting area allows for great people-watching and offers a view of the cruise boats arriving.

The air conditioning system in the room cannot be adjusted to a cooler temperature.

The location was perfect for exploring the city - easy access from the airport, close to the metro station, and right by the port. the room was spotlessly clean and very quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Safety was also a plus, as the area felt secure and safe.

One major downside was the confusion upon arrival. It took us a while to figure out how to get into the hotel as the gate was closed.

We appreciated the extra touches like having a kettle and tea bags in the room. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel's 24-hour check-in was also a big plus for us, as we arrived late in the evening.

We enjoyed watching the cruise ships leave and the bed in our room was very comfortable. the location by the water was perfect for us and we would highly recommend this hotel.
