The location was excellent, with everything we needed just minutes away. the hotel was spotless and the staff, especially Vincenzo, Federica, and Giada, were incredibly helpful. We also loved having Ritas bakery/cafe next door for a quick bite. the hotel was a great value for money and highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was so convenient to be right next to the train station and just a short walk away from the bustling city center. Plus, having a supermarket right next door was such a convenience. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing detailed directions and even accommodating an early breakfast for our day tour. The cleaning service went above and beyond, organizing our personal items and leaving the room immaculately clean. And let's not forget the cute balcony in our junior suite, where we could relax and overlook the vibrant street below. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a fantastic Easter break in this hotel. Loved the fact that we got some compliments in the room, which was a nice gesture. the location was amazing, right in the heart of everything. We could easily get to the station, the shops or just have a walk after dinner. the staff was lovely and always happy to help. the terrace was a nice spot to enjoy the view and the weather.

But the yogurt and fruit made it better. However, it could have been better.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sorrento City for a few nights and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff, especially Giada at the front desk, were exceptional and made us feel very special. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the main attractions. The room was cozy and well-designed, with a cute little balcony overlooking a beautiful street. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of delicious cakes. great value for money and highly recommended for a short stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect! We were in the center of the city, which made it convenient to enjoy the restaurants and gelato in the evening. We felt safe walking back to the hotel at night. It was also great that the hotel was within walking distance of the train and bus station, making it easy for us to travel to Pompeii, Naples, and other coastal locations like Positano and Amalfi. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly, which added to our overall positive experience. The room had a very comfortable large bed, and we appreciated the small touches like having a kettle in the room.

We stayed at Hotel Sorrento City for our trip to the Amalfi Coast. The staff was excellent and the room was clean with a balcony. The area was quiet and the location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and attractions. The breakfast was good and the hotel had an elevator, which was a rare find. a great experience.

The hotel is well positioned on a main road with easy access to the bus station. There is a great supermarket next door and plenty of shops and cafes on the street. We had a comfortable twin room with a lovely little balcony overlooking the main street. the bathroom was clean and spacious. the breakfast was varied and catered to all tastes. the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the location, it was in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the attractions.

The hotel is in a great location, just 2 minutes from the main train/bus station and the main piazza. This made our trip much easier. The staff was friendly and helpful, with a 24/7 reception. The free WiFi worked excellently throughout the hotel, including the balcony. The street balcony added a good mood to the room and the double-glazed window minimized street noise. The rooms were clean and the bathroom spacious. The breakfast had a good coffee machine and the staff was always attentive.
