I really got my money's worth staying at this unique hotel. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect, with lots of nearby places to explore. The staff treated us with kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could have been improved, maybe with a wider variety of choices.

We stayed in one of the train cars at Chattanooga Choo Choo and it was a unique and enjoyable experience. The staff was terrific and the attached restaurants were very good. The hotel grounds were beautiful with lovely gardens and a pool area perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel facilities were great, with an indoor pool and beautiful grounds to walk around. We also appreciated having on-site restaurants and a variety of good food options nearby.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location near High Point climbing wall was convenient for outdoor activities. The free shuttle and nearby shops made transportation and shopping easy.

We loved staying at this unique hotel that used to be a train station. The revitalization of the area is impressive, making it a perfect location, surrounded by historic charm. The service we experienced during our stay was top-notch, and the room amenities such as in-room air conditioning and coffee facilities added comfort to our stay. The garden furniture provided a nice place to sit and relax, and the staff went above-and-beyond in providing excellent customer service.

The location is very central, close to attractions. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The internet is fast. The rooms are separate from the main building. Would have been nice if the pool and gym were open.

The arcade and outdoors were nice. The location was one-of-a-kind. Gift shop and static-display steam train were open. Check-out was easiest ever.

Our family had a fantastic time at this historic hotel. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and attractions. We loved the courtyard, which was great for relaxing. Our room was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. We enjoyed breakfast at Stir, which was delicious and reasonably priced.

The fitness center was small and out of place in the historic building.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

We stayed in one of the beautifully furnished rail cars for a special occasion. The front desk manager was very polite and helped us resolve some room issues. The Station House Restaurant is a MUST! The staff was great and the music and food were enjoyable. The wifi was fast and easy to connect to. The AC in the train car got cold, and there was even a fan in the room just in case. The whole experience was lovely, and I have already recommended it to friends.
