Wir waren begeistert von der großartigen Lage des Hotels, denn es war in der Nähe aller Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zusätzlich war es direkt im Zentrum gelegen und wir konnten alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber, und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl und war lecker. Außerdem gab es einen großzügig angelegten Kinderbereich, den wir sehr schätzen.

Unerfreulicherweise gab es keine Möglichkeit, sich im Zimmer einen Kaffee oder Tee zu machen.

sorrento flats was even better than my previous stay! the location in the town center was perfect for walking around. the room was lovely, with a nice bathroom and toilet. mr. luigi was very helpful in providing directions to the hotel.

One small thing was missing or not working.

The hotel's decoration was charming and had a cozy feel, with beautiful paintings and comfortable furniture. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible with wide hallways and well-placed handrails, making it easy for me to navigate around.

It would have been even better if there were more activities specifically tailored for senior guests.

The cleanliness of the entire building was impressive, and the rooms were spotless. this hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay in this city.

We had a fantastic experience at the Flats Aparthotel in Sorrento! From the moment we arrived, Luigi and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They gave us valuable advice on how to navigate the city and recommended great activities and restaurants. The deluxe apartment we stayed in exceeded our expectations - it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Despite its central location, it was surprisingly quiet. We also enjoyed the lovely breakfast and the friendly atmosphere at the dining table. we highly recommend this accommodation to everyone visiting Sorrento.

Dit hotel is echt een aanrader! Ten eerste is de locatie perfect - midden in het centrum, op loopafstand van het oude stadscentrum. Ten tweede was het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de service was uitstekend. Ten derde waren de kamers ruim, comfortabel en rustig, met een goed bed en airconditioning. Bovendien was het ontbijt in buffetvorm geweldig, inclusief gezonde opties en zelfs warme maaltijden. Dit hotel is echt waar voor je geld!

The proximity to the train station made it easy to explore Sorrento and the surrounding areas. Our room was just as beautiful as the pictures online, and the added touches like reasonably priced wine in the mini fridge and laundry service made our stay even more enjoyable. The daily happy hour with free wine and appetizers was a delightful perk. The highlight for me was the woman who made amazing coffee and had pastries ready for us every morning. I would highly recommend Flats Aparthotel and would gladly return anytime.

Fabulous location in the heart of the historic section, safe for single female travelers, Luigi provides wonderful information and a video guide, thoughtful touches in the room, amazing homemade cakes and treats for breakfast.

Our stay at the Flats Aparthotel was fantastic! We got great value for our money with spacious and clean rooms, and a fantastic view over the main street. The location was perfect, right in the center of the action, with beaches and green spaces within walking distance. The staff, especially Luigi the owner, were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay special.
