Stayed at Flats Aparthotel and Luigi was such an amazing host! He went above and beyond to assist us, even helping with our bags and providing great recommendations. the apartment was extremely comfortable and in a fantastic location on the main street. the high-end extras like the Beat bluetooth speaker and Bodum mugs were a nice touch. the bed was large and comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. We appreciated the complementary tea and coffee, as well as the early check-in. Will definitely return to this outstanding accommodation!

sorrento flats was even better than my previous stay! the location in the town center was perfect for walking around. the room was lovely, with a nice bathroom and toilet. mr. luigi was very helpful in providing directions to the hotel.

One small thing was missing or not working.

The hotel's decoration was charming and had a cozy feel, with beautiful paintings and comfortable furniture. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible with wide hallways and well-placed handrails, making it easy for me to navigate around.

It would have been even better if there were more activities specifically tailored for senior guests.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. It was so close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. The location was perfect, as it was central but still in a quiet area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always providing great recommendations for places to eat and drink. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely breakfast area where I could meet other travelers. The cleanliness of the entire building was impressive, and the rooms were spotless. this hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay in this city.

Gunstige ligging nabij het historische centrum, behulpzaam personeel en nette kamers. Parkeergelegenheid en ontbijt waren goed. Goede verbinding met het openbaar vervoer en veel restaurants in de omgeving. Kamer op zolder had beperkte verlichting en geen gordijnen, maar privacy was wel gewaarborgd.

the location on a charming, narrow street filled with shops and restaurants was absolutely adorable. the bright and contemporary design gave the place a fresh and new feel. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, even providing helpful recommendations and directions before our trip. the proximity to the train station made it easy to explore Sorrento and the surrounding areas. Our room was just as beautiful as the pictures online, and the added touches like reasonably priced wine in the mini fridge and laundry service made our stay even more enjoyable. the daily happy hour with free wine and appetizers was a delightful perk. the highlight for me was the woman who made amazing coffee and had pastries ready for us every morning. I would highly recommend Flats Aparthotel and would gladly return anytime.

Fabulous location in the heart of the historic section, safe for single female travelers, Luigi provides wonderful information and a video guide, thoughtful touches in the room, amazing homemade cakes and treats for breakfast, clean spaces.

Our stay at the Flats Aparthotel was fantastic! We got great value for our money with spacious and clean rooms, and a fantastic view over the main street. The location was perfect, right in the center of the action, with beaches and green spaces within walking distance. The staff, especially Luigi the owner, were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay special.
