As foreign tourists, we loved the welcoming staff and friendly service. The hotel had a beautiful room with a huge balcony, perfect for enjoying the views. The large garage made parking convenient, and the included breakfast was excellent. The hotel's bakery shop with a terrace was a great place for lunch, serving delicious salads. We also appreciated the presence of a wellness area and the convenient ski storage with heated boot warmers.

We recently had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with the charming city center just a short walk away. We loved exploring the neighborhood and taking in the beautiful views of the mountains and town from our balcony. The room itself was impeccable, with high-end fittings and a comfortable bed. We particularly enjoyed the kitchenette, which had everything we needed, as well as the two large TVs in the bedroom and sitting room. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home.

The ski storage facilities were top-notch, with electronic lockers and heated boot warmers. The modern yet cozy design, with non-slip stone floors and exquisite woodwork, was impressive. The compact suite named Ciclamino had fantastic storage options, a hidden kitchen, and a laundry machine. The staff's kindness and availability were outstanding.

Fantastic stay during New Year! Loved the wood fire lit at breakfast, such a cozy touch. The hotel was clean and modern, with friendly staff and thoughtful gifts. The spa was clean and the Turkish steam room was a highlight. We also appreciated the convenient shuttle bus and the short walk back from the town center.

Sometimes the lack of staff was noticeable, especially at the spa and when requesting items for the room. It would take a while for things to be brought up.
