The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance from the train station. the rooms were comfortable and spacious enough for multiple people. I also appreciated the convenience of the locker room for storing luggage during the day.

The breakfast was a bit pricey and didn't have enough variety for a long stay. there was an issue with a special request that had been discussed multiple times prior to arrival, but was not fulfilled properly.

The hotel's location was convenient, being near the station and a mall. The tasteful design of our spacious room and the comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay. The extra bed added did not compromise the room's space. The service was top-notch, with the staff accommodating our split reservations. The onsen and friendly staff were also standout features. a fantastic experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Rihga Gran in Kyoto. The hotel's convenient location near the train station made it easy for me to explore the city. I also appreciated the option to use the public bath on the fourth floor and the self-service laundries. It would have been nice to have hooks or a clothesline in the bathroom for hanging up towels and clothes. Additionally, the room could have been cleaner, as I found some hair in the bathroom and on the floor from the previous guest.

We recently stayed at Rihga Gran and it was one of the best places we've stayed in Japan. The location is impeccable, just a short walk from Kyoto station. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, and we loved trying the traditional Japanese dishes. The public bath was clean and cozy, and we even found an ice-cream vending machine on the same floor. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Rihga Gran to others.
