Fantastic location, just steps away from the main attractions. the room was spacious, quiet, and newly renovated with a large walk-in shower. I loved the large outside terrace area where I could relax and enjoy the view. the conference facilities were top-notch, with a room that comfortably accommodated 300 guests. the food and AV options were great.

Disappointing room service experience. Supper was indifferent, and the breakfast was literally burnt.

The attention at check-in was great. We arrived a little early and were upgraded to a better room. The staff even left us an anniversary present in our room, which was a nice touch. The attention to detail left a very nice feeling about the hotel and the city.

Staying here was an amazing experience! The location of this hotel was perfect as it was right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to get to all the attractions so quickly. The service and the amenities available were top notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and bell staff that were always available to help. The in-room amenities such as air conditioning, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee making facilities, made my stay even more comfortable. I also loved the terrace and outdoor dining area as it was a great place to enjoy breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredible - it was just a short walk away from the Duomo and all the major shopping areas. I loved how close it was to everything. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, with Sonia and Brona giving me a warm greeting every morning. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and it was evident that they took great care to ensure the rooms were in excellent condition. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to all the main shops in the city and in the Doumo area. It was so close to Duomo but tucked away from the center, making it quiet and relaxing. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were well equipped. The breakfast provided a wide choice, catering for both healthy and indulgent preferences. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, making us feel comfortable and welcome.

The hotel's location is excellent for shopping, with all the big brands located nearby. It is also in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the famous cathedral, making it very convenient for exploring Milan. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options to choose from. the hotel has great facilities, such as a lovely lobby to relax in and a helpful concierge.

The rooms can be noisy, which can be a problem for light sleepers.

However, the hotel staff quickly offered me an upgrade to a suite for an additional fee, which was well worth it. The suite was spacious and luxurious, exceeding all my expectations. The staff went above and beyond by providing extra towels in the evening, showing their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. The location of the hotel was also excellent, right behind the Duomo. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and the effort the staff put into ensuring a comfortable stay.

During my New Year stay, I absolutely loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated in a prime spot, close to all the major attractions and easily accessible. The modern and clean atmosphere of the hotel was also a big plus for me. The rooms were beautifully renovated with a modern Italian style, and they were spacious and clean. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any needs or questions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including a corner for gluten-free choices. this hotel provided the best experience in terms of location, room quality, and friendly service.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the distance of our room from the main areas of the hotel. It required quite a bit of walking every day, which can be tiring, especially for guests with mobility issues.

I had a fantastic stay at a very large hotel with a great location. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a very comfortable bed and an adequate bathroom. the hotel is situated right in the centre, just a couple of minutes' walk from the main shopping street, the Duomo, and public transport. the staff were friendly and professional, especially the concierge and doormen. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary apperetivo buffet in the bar area every evening at 18.00, a lovely way to unwind after a busy day of shopping. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, catering to both healthy and indulgent tastes. the on-site restaurant also served excellent meals. a great experience at Starhotels Collezione.
