My six-night stay at Ramada was excellent. The hotel staff, especially Nosheen, provided extremely courteous and friendly service throughout my stay. They were very helpful in guiding us and making our trip more comfortable. The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access in and out. The rooms were cozy, modern, and fresh, and exceptionally clean. If I visit Lahore again, I would definitely choose to stay at Ramada.

I had a wonderful stay at a new hotel. The staff at Ramada were caring and professional, making me feel well taken care of. The hotel rooms were clean and the facilities were good. The food was excellent, with reasonable rates. The location was perfect, except for some noise from a nearby factory. The atmosphere was great for families, as this was my second visit with my family. I would happily come back again and again.

The hotel is conveniently located near Gulberg MM Alam Road, making it easy to access a variety of restaurants and shops. It is also close to Jail Road, Cant, and Mall Road. The staff showed exceptional hospitality, offering a complimentary lunch buffet and providing excellent service throughout the stay.The rooms are comfortable and the check-in/out process is smooth. The breakfast options, such as hummus, labneh, and egg omelette with cheese and mushrooms, are delicious.

Finding public transport from the hotel can be challenging.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a few days and we were very impressed. The location was perfect for exploring the area and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room service was exceptional, with quick laundry service and housekeeping making sure our room was always clean and cozy. We also took advantage of the car hire services to explore further afield, which was very convenient.

Centrally heated with quick laundry service. Efficient transport service and professional housekeeping and F&B staff. Good breakfast spread with a variety of Pakistani dishes and beautiful handicraft shop in the lobby. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Coming from abroad, I stayed at Ramada in Lahore for 3 nights in January. The centrally heated rooms were cozy, clean, and warm. The breakfast spread was good with a variety of dishes. The laundry service was quick, and the engineering department promptly resolved our heater issue. The transportation service was efficient, and the in-room dining had a huge menu. The staff was competent, and the small handicraft shop in the lobby had beautiful local artisan products.

Would recommend this hotel.

I had an exceptional stay at a hotel near Gulberg MM Alim road with excellent staff and great facilities. The complimentary lunch buffet I was offered was a pleasant surprise, especially since I had already ordered room service. The level of hospitality I experienced at this hotel was unlike anything I've ever encountered before. The location was convenient for shopping, and the outlook of the hotel was impressive. The reception staff, particularly Ms. Maham, was friendly and helpful. The bedroom was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of Pakistani dishes, although I would have liked to see more continental options like omelettes and waffles. The Smart TV in the room and the fast internet speed were definite pluses. Talha, the room cleaner, and Nosheen, at the reception, were both excellent. I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Our romantic escape in Lahore had some positive aspects, such as the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi provided by the hotel. The location was great, as it was easy to access different places in the city. we enjoyed the beautiful view of the skyline from our room.

The air conditioning was not working properly, making us very uncomfortable in the hot weather. We also felt misled by the hotel, as they did not provide the same room as the one displayed in the pictures, and instead provided a lower quality one.

We had a fantastic stay at Ramada. Manager Sultan was incredibly helpful, ensuring all our requirements were met. The room was clean and tidy, with preset access to Netflix and YouTube. We enjoyed daily live music entertainment and delicious food served outdoors at HighT until 10pm. The hotel is conveniently located near the Fortress for shopping and the Packages Mall, one of Lahore's largest indoor retail malls. The front office staff were friendly, polite, and went above and beyond for us. The breakfast was excellent, making our stay one of the best experiences we've had in Lahore. We highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.
