I stayed at Suites Torre Dell'Orologio for a few days and it was incredible. The location was perfect, just steps away from Piazza San Marco, and the rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even arranging a special surprise for my son's birthday. The breakfast room was lovely and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a central location, just minutes away from the main square and the famous Rialto Bridge. The hotel was surprisingly quiet at night, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The surrounding area was filled with charming shops, restaurants, and narrow streets to explore. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, allowing me to check in early and storing my bags while I went out for a walk. They also arranged a porter and water taxi for my early departure, ensuring I had a hassle-free journey to the airport. The breakfast served at the hotel was a great choice and the staff kept my room impeccably clean.

There were some aspects of our stay that left us disappointed. there was no heating in the room, and despite the concierge's efforts, we were left shivering throughout our stay.

It would have been great if the breakfast offered hard boiled eggs in addition to omelettes.

The breakfast room was lovely and offered a good variety of options, including fresh fruits and a caffe machine. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to key attractions and a beautiful view of the nearby canal. the room was clean, well-decorated, and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and a small kitchen area.

The telephones in the room did not work and despite multiple complaints, they were never fixed. the internet connection was only available in the lobby, which was crowded and inconvenient.

The property is centrally located, right next to St. Marcos square. Rooms are spacious with canal views. Lift available. Complimentary breakfast and visit to Murano.

The breakfast room offered a great variety of warm and cold food, along with excellent service. The staff was helpful in organizing our early departure and arranging a water taxi. a highly recommended experience with a 10/10 rating.

I loved the central location of this hotel. It was right next to all the major sites, making it easy for me to explore the city. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the suite I stayed in was spacious and had a separate living room and bedroom. The small kitchen box with a fridge, hotplate, microwave, and kettle was a convenient feature.
