Here, I experienced the most luxurious and exclusive amenities. the spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and sauna were top, notch, and the full body massage I had was the best I've ever experienced. The continental breakfast served in, room with private facilities made my stay feel like a true VIP experience. Cons: the only minor issue I had was with the bar/lounge area. While the buffet breakfast was excellent, the bar/lounge area seemed to be understaffed, resulting in slower service and longer wait times than expected for a 5, star hotel.

Loved our romantic getaway at this amazing hotel! the room was modern and well-furnished, perfect for our romantic escape. the friendly hotel staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our location was also perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to transportation options and local attractions.

While our experience was mostly positive, we did find that the hotel was quite sprawling and could have benefited from clearer instructions on the layout and options for dining. Despite these small issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other couples looking for a romantic getaway.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service at New Otani Tokyo Executive House Zen. The staff in the lounge provided top-notch service and the drinks and food offerings were truly fantastic. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with easy access to metro and subway stations. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice room, spacious compared to other Tokyo hotels. Convenient location near multiple metro lines. Lively neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Clean hotel with English-speaking staff. Complimentary food and drinks in executive lounge. Excellent check-in experience with welcoming staff. Beautiful breakfast buffet with a variety of food options.
