No kind staff at breakfast.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to beautiful public gardens and within walking distance to the center and local bus station. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are spacious. The staff is friendly and the breakfast offers a good selection of food. Additionally, the hotel has a lovely pool and the views from the rooms are breathtaking.

Some of the other guests did not adhere to basic hygiene standards, not showering before using the pool.

We were extremely grateful for our room terrace, which offered stunning views of Mt Etna, the Tyrrhennian Sea, and the hotel gardens. The hotel provided convenient parking, which was essential in this city. The night front desk staff member was particularly helpful, assisting us with a late check-in and even opening the bar for orange juice and Prosecco late at night. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

I also wanted to mention Graziella, the friendly and helpful housekeeper, who made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to soak in the Sicilian vibe.
