The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and visually pleasing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our weekend. The location was convenient, being within walking distance of major attractions and not in a overly crowded area, which we preferred.

That our room was located near the lobby and entrance, so we could hear noise from outside in the morning. Another issue was the lack of access to cutlery and glasses, which made it difficult to eat in the room.

We were in Florence for a few days and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The property itself is stunning and every corner is well-designed and luxurious. Our room, the Dante, had an amazing bathtub that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location was also great, with beautiful cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. But what truly made our stay special was the hospitality shown by Nico and his wife. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. From their restaurant and cafe recommendations to accommodating our luggage, they truly made us feel at home. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Florence. Amazing customer service and very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering coffee and water while we waited for our room. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The breakfast was delicious and provided a good start to our day.

One minor issue was that the amenities in the room were not replenished during our stay. , the air conditioning could have been more powerful as the room took a while to cool down.

So close to everything in this city. Very close to the centre and the Duomo. The hotel facilities were amazing; the quadruple room with balcony was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, providing me with helpful tips and even making dinner reservations for me. The breakfast was a delight and the hosts were extremely friendly and kind.
