The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and visually pleasing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our weekend. The location was convenient, being within walking distance of major attractions and not in a overly crowded area, which we preferred.

That our room was located near the lobby and entrance, so we could hear noise from outside in the morning. Another issue was the lack of access to cutlery and glasses, which made it difficult to eat in the room.

We had an amazing stay at Terra Artis Guest House. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, super spacious and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was responsive on the App or Whatsapp. The bed was the best we had on our entire trip, providing much-needed rest after a long day of walking. Additionally, there was a laundromat conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the building, making it easy to take care of our laundry.

We were in Florence for a few days and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The property itself is stunning and every corner is well-designed and luxurious. Our room, the Dante, had an amazing bathtub that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location was also great, with beautiful cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. But what truly made our stay special was the hospitality shown by Nico and his wife. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. From their restaurant and cafe recommendations to accommodating our luggage, they truly made us feel at home. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Florence. this guest house exceeded our expectations during our stay in florence. the modern and spacious room, along with the large balcony, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the host, nicola, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even arranging a private car for our early morning airport transfer. we wish we could have stayed longer!

One minor issue was that the amenities in the room were not replenished during our stay. , the air conditioning could have been more powerful as the room took a while to cool down.

The staff at this establishment, a husband and wife team, were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the city. They provided us with useful information for our trip, as it was our first time in Florence. We also loved the continental breakfast, which was spectacular and included a variety of delicious options. So close to everything in this city. Very close to the centre and the Duomo. The hotel facilities were amazing; the quadruple room with balcony was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, providing me with helpful tips and even making dinner reservations for me. The breakfast was a delight and the hosts were extremely friendly and kind.
