We had a fantastic stay at One Firenze! The room was clean, comfortable, and had a balcony. The staff were very friendly and offered free snacks at the bar. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to everything we wanted to see and do in the city. Plus, having air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver, especially with the hot weather in Florence right now. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a mini fridge stocked with beverages and a kettle for making tea. The receptionist was kind and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant check-in experience. The location, while not extraordinary, was still good for exploring the city on foot. Strolling along the river provided a lovely way to explore the surroundings. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was really convenient for my work meetings and there were some good restaurants nearby. The bed in my room was really comfortable and I was able to get a good night's sleep before my early morning meetings.

The room was very small and outdated with problems like peeling wallpaper and a small shower. There were also cleanliness issues like finding trash under the bed.

my recent stay in florence was incredible, but my stay at one firenze was even better. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the famous ponte vecchio. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was spotlessly clean with a comfy bed. loved having ac in this hot weather. and the snacks at the bar were a great bonus. couldn't ask for more!
