Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The central location allowed us to easily explore the city on foot. We appreciated the hotel's secure storage for our bags before check-in and the spacious, modern room with a comfortable bed. The added bonus of a fan kept us cool in the hot weather. Additionally, the helpful staff ensured our stay was enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Hotel Principal for a few days to explore the centro-historico area. The location was perfect, being in the heart of the city but not too touristy. The historic building had so much character, and I loved the peaceful garden inside. The roofdeck was a fantastic place to hang out and enjoy the views. The staff was incredibly kind, offering us early checkout as a compliment. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It was a great retreat from the noise outside, and I would definitely stay here again.

Central location, unique rooms with vaulted ceilings and balconies. Family room kept all 5 of us together. Clean and provided bottled water. Friendly staff stored luggage and called a taxi. Breakfast on rooftop terrace was plentiful.

The best aspects of my stay were the amazing rooftop with a stunning view and the hotel's prime location in the Historical Centre. Being close to major attractions made exploring the city so convenient. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay.

The worst aspects of my experience were the small and windowless rooms. It was a bit disappointing to not have natural light and it made the rooms feel a bit cramped.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better! It's right in the heart of the city, surrounded by all the major attractions. Everything is within walking distance, which was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The service was top-notch!

On the downside, the noise level can be quite high due to the central location. City noise and occasional demonstrations can be a bit bothersome, especially if you're looking for a peaceful night's sleep.
